Message from The Executive State Director

Welcome to our website. I am honored and humbled to have become the Executive State Director of MISS District of Columbia USA and MISS District of Columbia TEEN USA pageants. With over 30 years of experience in the beauty/fashion and recruiting industries, I believe that an organization is only as strong as its foundation. I am the proud mother of five beautiful daughters, with my eldest daughter being Kamie Crawford, MISS TEEN USA 2010. I live each day by my motto, “If you can dream it, you can achieve it, through hardwork and dedication. It is through that motto that I lead a household of young leaders into reaching their dreams. It is with that same dedication, I look to give the young women that strive to become MISS District of Columbia USA and MISS District of Columbia TEEN USA an opportunity and platform to become leaders within their community and beyond. With guidance, leadership and a proven track record of success, I am excited to create a phenomenal environment in which young women across the District would be proud to compete in!
